This is an Open Setting License wiki. It is meant to be primarily an incubator for other projects. All content is dual-licensed under the Creative Commons and Open Setting licenses. Feel free to propose new projects, or you don't even have to propose, you can just start. This wiki is open for business. Use this wiki as an incubator for any Open Setting project, and I'll (Modrobene) make a subdomain (if needed) once you can establish some substantial content, and if it catches on enough I'll even pay for a domain name and host it, at least for the time being. In theory you don't have to use MediaWiki, but I am frankly an unskilled and possibly untrainable webmaster, so however you want to do it, it needs to be extraordinarily simple (and I will almost certainly take a long time to set it up poorly). Feel free to host it yourself too, I'll prominently link to any reasonably open, active project.

You can feel free to start using this wiki to work on a fictional setting of any kind, or work on publishable stories, or for any other relevant purpose. Just jump right in and have fun. We'll work out some organization as we go.

These are fictional settings that are available under the Open Setting License

Fantasy

1. Theonosis is a universal fantasy setting. It is designed to be adaptable to any idea that is technologically consistent with a sword-and-sorcery fantasy story.

Science fiction

1. ThirdFleet is a universal science fiction setting. It is designed to be adaptable to any idea that is science fiction, utopian/dystopian or otherwise futuristic.

Real world

1. The Ogre of All-Saints world is as-yet unnamed and unpublished, though several authors are working on pieces set in it. It is the real world except with fictional brands and celebrities. The cut-off is 1981 - any real world person who was dead in 1981 or earlier exists in this world. Anyone alive more recently than that is fictionalized.

Special universes

1. "Occupy This Novel" is as-yet unpublished. It takes place in a a meta-universe, where fictional characters protest novels as they occur.
2. "The Homestead" is a special setting in The Ogre of All-Saints. It is described as being located "where all coordinates are infinite in value", and thus consists of all possibilities, both real and unreal, at once.

Other

1. Eroticature is a universal erotica wiki. It can host erotica or adult entertainment of any kind, from any Open Setting.
