I'm already impressed that someone could do this, and I'm more impressed that this was made in Dreams. I really hope a nice publisher can sponsor you guys so you can develop this game on different engines and make it available to other platforms, but this alone is amazing. Might even have to buy Dreams just for this
My ideal idea for the glider would be you have to glide down to gain speed, but that also charges your boost so you can gain more altitude than you started with.

The flying reminds me of spider mans swinging from the Ps4 version, it would be neat to do cool tricks like that and gain small amounts of xp, it would make traveling by glider way more fun and rewarding 😀

You are simply AMAZING! I'm not sure why the glider shuts when you're surfing (when Gyatso did it the glider remained open, S03E6 ~9:05), hope that you'll reconsider that, in my opinion it'd look way better like that. Other than that minor detail everything here looks INSANE!
An idea for the glider changing altitude: Soaring birds ride rising columns of warm air called thermals. They rise describing the shape of large spirals. Maybe Aang could use something like this in addition to the mechanics you have displayed here?

It would be funny if there was a "hit pole" animation when you are moving fast on the air ball and hit a pole-shaped object like in the intro of the show.
